Day 1: Arusha national park full day game drive

Rise and shine in the morning, after enjoy a hot breakfast at Arusha planet lodge, our driver guide will pick you with your packed lunch boxes heading to Arusha national park which located barely 35kms from Arusha planet lodge, approximately half an hour to reach the park gate. Despite the small size of the park, common animals include giraffe, Cape buffalo, zebra, warthog, the black-and-white colobus monkey, the blue monkey, flamingo, elephant, lion and many other African animals. Leopard populations are present, but rarely seen. Birdlife in the forest is prolific, with many forest species more easily seen here than elsewhere. In the evening after game drive you will depart Arusha planet lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire national park

Enjoy early breakfast at Arusha lodge, you will take the drive through tarmac road about 130kms to the pool of African Elephants the famous Tarangire national park, whereby this we will consume about 2 hours and 10 mins. Tarangire is the surprise package on the Northern circuit. Tarangire is surprisingly large, giving visitors the quietest game viewing environment of all the parks in the region. Elephants are the main attraction, with up to 3,000 in the park during the peak months. Peak season also sees good numbers of wildebeest and zebra as well as giraffe, buffalo, Thompson’s gazelle, greater and lesser kudu, eland, leopard and cheetah. In the evening after game drive you will depart to Tarangire safari lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Tarangire to Lake Manyara national park

After breakfast we proceed with our safari schedule to the famous tree-climbing lions park. Lake Manyara is a lovely scenic park on the road from Arusha to the Ngorongoro Crater, famous for its tree climbing lions, good elephants and baboons. The lake itself takes up much of the park, leaving a strip of land running along its shores where game concentrates. And its varied landscape supports an impressive range of other game including wildebeest, buffalo, hippo, flamingo, zebra, warthog, waterbuck, dik-dik and impala. The birding here is also very good, especially raptors. In the evening you will depart to Ngorongoro farm house for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro crater

Enjoy an early breakfast at farm house lodge; you will descend to the largest world crater for an astonishing game drive. The area contains over 25,000 large animals including black rhinoceros, wildebeests, zebras, eland and Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles. The crater also has the densest known population of lions, numbering. Higher up, in the rainforests of the crater rim, are leopards, about 30 large elephants, mountain reedbuck and buffalos, spotted hyenas, jackals, rare wild dogs, cheetahs, and other felines. You will enjoy full day game drive before depart to NdutuKatikati tented camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5&6: Full day game drive at Ndutu southern Serengeti

In the morning after hot breakfast at the camp, you will proceed with another awesome game drive at the southern grass plains of Serengeti near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. During the months of February to June the migration uses to be in this place. You will reveal the game drive at the southern grass plains, in the afternoon enjoy the delicious lunch box in the wild, while in the evening depart to NdutuKatikati tented Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Ndutu to Seronera central grass land

Rise and shine at the mid of the bush, after breakfast depart to the central grassland of Serengeti the Seronera region for a superb great wildebeest migration game drive. The Serengeti’s main attraction is the Great Migration, consisting of up to 2 million wildebeest, 200,000 zebras and 350,000 Thompson’s, impala and grant’s gazelles. The predator viewing here is exceptional with approximately 3-4,000 lion and huge numbers of cheetah, leopard and hyena. Other animals commonly found in the park include topi, eland, hartebeest, buffalo, elephant, caracal, serval, bat-eared fox, hyrax, genet, hares, porcupine, aardvark, giraffe, jackal, mongoose, crocodile, monitor lizard, aardwolf, many kinds of primates including baboons, vervet and colobus monkeys, and over 500 species of bird. In the evening you will be driven to Katikati tented camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Seronera to Grumeti western corridor of Serengeti

After breakfast in the morning at Katikati Tented camp, you will depart the western grass plain of Serengeti the Grumeti region proceed to follow the great wildebeest migration and big cats. Around end of April, May and June, a vast army of wildebeests along with its partners: zebras, elands and gazelles mill around the Western Corridor of the Serengeti, south of the Grumeti River. Harassed behind by lions, cheetahs, leopards and hyenas and ahead by giant Nile crocodiles, many hundreds perish as some hazard the river crossing while others detour it. In the evening after game drive you will depart to Grumeti migration camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Grumeti game drive to Seronera

In the morning after hot breakfast at Migration camp, you will depart with your picnic lunch boxes heading to different parts of western corridor to explore more about great migration and big cats, before depart to Seronera for dinner and overnight stay. In the evening you will depart to Katikati camp for overnight stay waiting for tomorrow flight to Zanzibar for beach holiday.

Day 10: Serengeti to Zanzibar spice Island

Rise up early in the morning and enjoy delicious breakfast at Katikati camp, Driver will take you to Seronera Airstrip for flight to Zanzibar Island for beach holiday. Zanzibar hotels are the ultimate exotic retreat, on the famous ‘Spice Islands’ off Tanzania’s coast. Zanzibar holidays boast some of the world’s best diving among-st rainbow coral reefs, the quaint customs and cuisine of the Swahili people, and the Indian Ocean’s spotless beaches. From zanzibar airport you will be picked by our representative heading to the southern park to Indigo beach resort for lunch and beach holiday at Kizimkazi beach.

Day 11: Kizimkazi southern beach and Dolphin tour

Continuing enjoy sand, sun and sea at Kizimkazi southern beach Zanzibar. Kizimkazi fishing village is home to several schools of bottle-nosed dolphins and Humpback dolphins, which can often be sighted following a short boat trip from the village. If you are lucky, you may be able to swim quite close to the dolphins, which can be a very rewarding experience. We are doing this trip in the early morning to avoid the crowds of tourists in the morning, as big numbers of them disturb the dolphins. In the evening depart to Indigo resort for overnight stay.

Day 12: Kizimkazi to Bwejuu Eastern beach

After beakfast at Indigo resorts, depart from southern beach to enjoy and explore the Eastern beach of Bwejuu beach. This part of the coast features a magnificent white-sand beach which runs continuously for 20km, backed by stands of palm trees and fronted by a stunning coral lagoon with a fringing reef around 1km offshore.

Day 13: Bwejuu to Nungwi Northern beach

Wake up in the morning, open windors and looking for beach strip and getting sunrise pictures before depart to the northern beach of Nungwi. Right on the northern most point of the island, the beach that surrounds this area is truly stunning. Azure waters and white sands are what await those that come here. The only drawback really is that many of the hotels have had to perch on the coral cliffs that run north from the village and, as such, lose their beaches at high tide.

Day 14: Zanzibar to Dar-es-salaam International airport

Depend on the flight time, continuing enjoy sand, sea and sun at nungwi beach, then after depart to Dar es salaam for flight back home. Waving goodbye hands “Kwaheri Tanzania.
